How Fast, How Late, How Booked

The questions we hear most before someone actually books us in.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything involving moving water you can't stop, a gas smell, or sewage coming back up counts. A blocked drain that's still draining slowly, or a tap that just won't stop dripping, can usually wait for a normal booking instead.

How does the callback form work?

Leave your name and number on the form and someone rings you straight back, day or night. It's built for anyone who can't take a call right now, mid-meeting or with the kids finally asleep. Phoning (02) 9138 6510 directly is still the fastest path through.

How fast can you get here?

We move on-site fast once you call, sending a licensed plumber your way rather than adding you to a booking queue. The exact timing shifts with your location and how the night is running, but you're never left waiting on hold to find that out.

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes, including weekends and public holidays. Speak to a licensed plumber, not an answering machine, whatever time you call. There's no after-hours surcharge folded into the price for calling at 3am instead of 3pm.

Pricing, Explained Honestly

Money questions, answered straight.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. It's a $0 Call Out Fee to have a licensed plumber look at the problem and quote it properly. You only pay once you've seen the fixed price and told us to go ahead.

How can I pay?

Card or bank transfer once the job's finished and signed off. We don't ask for payment upfront, and the figure on the invoice matches the one you approved on-site, not a revised version.

Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?

No. The fixed price we agree with you stands whether we're there at 2pm on a Tuesday or 2am on Christmas morning. There's no separate after-hours rate card sitting behind it.

How do your quotes work?

We look at the job first, then give you one number for the whole repair before any tool comes out. Nothing starts until you say yes, and nothing gets added once you have.

Answers From Around Beverly Hills

Local questions, answered from what we actually know about this suburb.

How local are you to Beverly Hills, really?

Beverly Hills is our regular run, not a suburb we occasionally pass through. We're familiar with the mix of pre-1940 bungalows and later infill that makes up most of the streets here, and the plumbing quirks that come with each era.

What does heavy rain do to Beverly Hills's plumbing?

The suburb sits on slow-draining reactive clay and shale, so a heavy downpour can surcharge older stormwater connections faster than newer suburbs on sandier ground. Gully traps are usually the first sign, backing up before the rain even eases.

Do tree roots really block drains around Beverly Hills?

Yes. Established gardens and street trees planted alongside the older housing stock send roots into any crack in an ageing clay line. Once they're in, the blockage builds fast, which is exactly what that clay-and-root combination produces here.

Why do Beverly Hills's older homes keep us busy?

So much of the suburb was built out in the years just after the war, and that generation of plumbing is now well past its working life. Add in winter reverse-cycle heating demand in homes that were never ducted, and something in the system is usually due for attention.

Licensed, Insured and Accountable

What backs up the work, on paper and in practice.

What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?

It covers the labour on the repair we carried out. If it's not right, we come back. No questions. No cost. Different name, same promise across every job we finish.

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?

It depends where the blockage sits, and our blocked drains page walks through exactly how that boundary works. Call us either way and we'll tell you plainly which side of the line the fault is on before we touch anything.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully. We hold NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C and carry insurance on every job, no exceptions. Anyone doing gas work on your home is separately licensed for it, exactly as NSW rules require.

Can I check your plumbing licence?

Any time. NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C is displayed on this site, and you're welcome to verify it independently before we start. We'd rather you check than wonder.
